Six months ago, however, The Huffington Post was a much different place. HuffPo bloggers posted things like “FAT is the New ‘N’ Word” the week after National Eating Disorders Awareness Week. And the comments… geez, don’t even get me started.

As of today, the HuffPo Fat Hate Fast Response team has tagged 33 offensive comments and 32 of them have been removed. If you comb through any of the three articles I mentioned above, you will find that, although there are negative opinions of obesity, there is zero hate speech.”
