Similarly, the reason so many dieters who eat no fat in their diets are malnourished and look sick, pathetic and end up failing is because many vitamins are only fat soluble, like A, D, E and K (you know, only a few of the critical ones) can’t be absorbed by your body unless there is at least some fat in your diet. It can be vegetable derived, like olive oil, or avocado, but it’s got to be there.
