Linda Bacon’s book, “Health At Every Size”, is generally considered to be an excellent resource for intuitive eating as part of the HAES approach. I haven’t read it yet, but I’m hoping to soon.
I don’t strictly follow intuitive eating because of my diabeetus, however being more aware of my food choices and how I feel after eating has lead to some significant breakthroughs and helped with my relationship with food.
