In the next few weeks I’m going to go to the hairdresser (backstory: I bought some voucher thing that gives me $160 worth of haircut for $50, if I’m smart I can get a few haircuts out of it?!) and I want an awesome hair style. That shaved bit on the left side of my head is about 8cm long now, with the other bits being extremely asymmetrical. I am pretty sure the hairdresser will laugh at me when I walk my weird-arse self in. (When I got this wonky hair cut [that I totally requested] I went to a hairdressing school for a $12 haircut and freaked poor Yoko the hairdressing student out. It took three hours, ummm.)
Anyway, I’ll probably need to go short - something I’m not super keen on because I like having longer hair but a conventional hairdresser will likely get freaked out by extreme asymmetricality. I bet this salon just wanted to get some business with their coupons and don’t count on poor freaks like me coming in.
