Hi Nat, I think you're beyond wonderful. I relate to the way you're feeling a lot of the time. I battle anxiety and panic attacks. Just recently my doctors thought I that I may have Graves. When they said that I immediately thought of you (odd I know) I guess I had never heard of it before until you mentioned it on tumblr. Anyways, it turns out I don't have it. But what i do have is deplete Vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 deficiency is really serious, and takes a massive toll on your nervous system.

I’ve been vegan for 2 and and half years, and vego for 2 before that, which may have been the cause, if not certainly exacerbating the situation. I’m not to sure if you have ever been tested but it could be worth having a look? I don’t want to seem like an invasive freak lol so apologies if you’re like wft. x bess.

Oooh this is really interesting. I try to take my multi vitamins and other supplements but I struggle with just taking my “bare minimums” daily (psych and thyroid meds). I will ask my doctorb about this!
