Red, Black and FAT- Ootd
So, lately, I’ve been feeling down. All of us on our road of self-acceptance encounter a few bumps along the way, and that is okay. I’ve been living in yoga pants for a week, with no desire to get dolled up or do much of anything. Today, I finally shrugged off the slump. While I did nearly get into a serious accident on the highway, and spent an hour at the police station filing an incident report, it was nice to get out of the house and feel a lil back to normal.
I made sure to pin on my converted Definatalie necklace that I turned into a brooch. This piece of jewelry always gives me strength when I need it, and today, I needed it. A simple word that has been used over and over to try and cut me down, has been reclaimed, and worn proudly.
Outfit details:
Red cardigan , vintage pencil skirt, belt- thrifted
black pumps- Steve Madden
cropped black leather gloves- ebay
I don’t think I reblogged this when I first saw it, eep! The whole outfit is amazing and I love the fat brooch :D
