it’s always HEALTHIER to take it slow, in terms of healing, letting your body adapt, but i’ve known people who jumped from like, 10 to 00 like it was nothing. do what feels right, i suppose?
I’ve always been a slow stretcher because blow outs scare me! I had a small push earlier and it didn’t feel right so I’ve popped some o-rings on and I’ll let the taper sit in the lobe for a while. It’s quite weighty so that will help!
