But I feel like I might be even more anxious about having a dog because our real estate doesn’t allow pets and lots of public places don’t allow them either. Even though assistance animals are recognised under the law… I still feel like I wouldn’t be allowed a lot of places.
I get pretty bad hypos and the frequency is increasing recently due to my Graves disease diagnosis. My family really wants me to get an assistant dog because they’re worried about me but I’m worried about all this stuff!!!
Any Queenslanders know of assistance dog resources in the state?
