But what I would like to see more of is the bigger of the big girls posting their fashion pictures. If your a size 26+ I want to see more of ya! I plan on getting my cam ham on this week and showing off some of my favorite outfits. Here’s hoping some of you ladies join me!
Also please dont take this post as anything against all the lovely fashion loving ladies of all other sizes. I love you all, I just want to see what girls my size are wearing. Shit gets hard to find after a while and I love me some inspiration.
I’m not gunna lie to kick it, i feel the same exact way. And I told myself that instead of being part of the problem, become part of the solution. But yo, it’s HARD! I don’t have a good friend, boyfriend, relative, whatever, to photograph me everyday and I rarely have time to take photos in the morning. Then when I DO take pix, it never truly fully grasp the glory of my outfit. *uber sad face*
This is why I made deathfatties! Though there seriously ARE barriers to taking photos of yourself, and we should definitely talk about them. Not having access to a camera or a person to hold it is just one, there’s also the frankly shit and unfair reality that people on tumblr will reblog photos of anyone (particularly fat people) and make fun of them. Some days I just do not care to get dressed, and others I do not care to show people what I am wearing because for some reason people have this need to comment and criticise things that are completely out of their control.
I would love to be able to take street style photos of fashionable fatties, but it freaks me out even thinking of approaching strangers in public. However I will definitely take anyone’s photo if they ask me to, so if you’re around me and I’ve got my camera let’s start posing!
