have you amended your shipping strategy to padded envelopes? A friend of mine got hers and it was cracked in half but you never responded to her. I’m a bit leery of ordering because of it.

This time around I’ve sourced padded boxes to mail out the necklaces in because I had been using padded envelopes but about five of 200 broke during postage and didn’t want to disappoint anyone else.
(I’m feeling my way through all these glitches and I’m really embarrassed when things fuck up but thankful for people who tolerate me!)
