this book changed my life — i’m a nerd, and a bit of an a-hole (read: arch cynic) about “feel good” stuff (not that feel-good stuff is silly, or whatever; it just never worked for me, so i usually avoid), and this book satisfied my a-hole desire for good fucking research, as well as making the kind arguments that made me feel good, without feeling too “feel-goody.” oh lard, i am not making sense. please, read this fucking book, no matter what size you are — if you can’t find/afford it (and it’s worth the cashes if you got the cashes to spend), and you’re local to me, i’ll lend you my copy.
